Mirfak

Mirfak, as a bright star, marks his side within a beautiful stream of stars within the Northern Hemisphere Milky-Way. Derived from the Arabic term "Algenib", it ironically has nothing to do with the hero, and simply comes from a more extensive Arabic phrase meaning "the elbow of the Pleaides". Another fun fact on this star is that within the cluster it is included, one way that astronomers determine the birthdays of the clusters stars it by looking at Mirfak, which is the clusters brightest and heaviest member.
