Regulus

I thought this star would be interesting because it is the the single brightest star in the constellation Leo the Lion, as the lions heart. It lies at the base of the sickle and resembles a reversed question mark to make the shape of the heart. It is also known as one of the four Royal Stars in the heavens, and this seems to correlate being in the constellation of the lion. In Latin, the name "Regulus" means "little king", and this name was determined by Copernicus.
